SQL Server Management Studio or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) is a windows based GUI and scripting tool provided by Microsoft used for configuring and managing SQL Server database objects.
Following are the main components of SSMS.
- File Menu: Contains all the available options for SSMS.
- Tool Bar: Contains various options for quick refrence. Such as Connect, Disconnect, Execute, Debug, Query Execution Plan etc..
